Adrienne is a Programme Manager in the Birmingham office of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, where she has spent the last 8 years delivering firm-wide business change programmes, most recently as a member of the firm’s leadership team.
In the past 2 years she has run a significant “paperlite” initiative driven by a large office move in the centre of Birmingham. The exercise achieved a reduction of 64% in onsite paper which far exceeded the original estimate of between 25-50%.
Adrienne continues to work across the firm on their Agile strategy, encouraging the lawyers and business service teams to reduce further by finding more innovative ways of working with the electronic file.
Chris has been a leading practitioner and pioneer in professional firm business management for almost 20 years. Today, he writes and presents on a range of strategic issues. He founded retained advisory firm Kingsmead Square in 2013, advising professional service leaders on strategic and operational change and the adoption of new business models, including on a series of high-profile Alternative Business Structure projects. He is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of a number of businesses.
Chris’s career spans legal, accounting, consulting, banks and insurance. His appointment as Chief Executive of UK lawyers Osborne Clarke in 2000 was in the first wave of business professionals in law firm leadership roles.
Director of Infrastructure & IT
Julie has over 25 years’ experience in IT, general and strategic management and service delivery, and is RPC’s Director of Infrastructure & IT.
Working predominantly in professional services, Julie has won a series of legal technology awards. She joined RPC in 1990, and took on the Director of IT role in 2000 before becoming Director of Infrastructure & IT two years later.

Foot Anstey LLP
Duncan is IT & Business Services Director at law firm Foot Anstey LLP, driving the strategic development and delivery of the firm’s technology. He is also among one of the first IT Directors to be promoted to an equity Partner.
His combined 25 years’ of IT practice has spanned multiple business sectors, he has been in the legal sector since 1999 and has enjoyed leadership roles in a number of global law firms – driving technology based change initiatives across EMEA, delivering insourced and outsourced services and leading the (technology) merger between two European law firms.
Duncan is a regular speaker/panellist at legal IT events in the UK as well as Chair of the South West Legal IT Forum and secretary to the UK Mattersphere User Group. He is passionate about the business use of technology as well as its effect on society.

Sarah-Jane is a workspace strategy specialist with over 25 years’ experience in shaping and delivering workspace transformation and agile working programmes for commercial businesses of all kinds.
As Workspace Strategy Director for Claremont, she has extensive expertise in working with legal firms ranging from small practices through to large multi-site firms, helping them to manage and take advantage of the changing landscape of the legal sector.
Sarah-Jane works with business leaders to shape working environments, both physical and virtual, that meet and exceed their organisations’ key business goals. Her work involves mapping and optimising the interaction of people, space and technology to help firms to function at their best.
She’s helped some of the UK’s leading law firms to harness the latest workspace thinking to drive a step-change in business performance.

David is one of the co-founders of DMC Canotec and heads up the companies dedicated Legal Team.
Over the last decade, this dedicated team have won several Legal awards for Project Delivery, Customer Care and Innovation and received great support for their pioneering work around “The Less Paper Law Firm”.
David is proud to be part of a passionate and committed team focused on making a difference to the many Top200 and regional firms they work with, helping them embrace “Agile” workflow and smarter document habits to improve client service and operational efficiency.
